Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory, and logistics.
- Develop strategies to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.
- Manage inventory levels to meet production and customer demands.
- Analyze supply chain data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals to achieve organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A results-driven leader with 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain systems, processes, and analytics.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is an asset).
- Experience with ERP systems and supply chain optimization tools
