Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and oversee end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory, and logistics.
  • Develop strategies to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.
  • Manage inventory levels to meet production and customer demands.
  • Analyze supply chain data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals to achieve organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A results-driven leader with 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain systems, processes, and analytics.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is an asset).
  • Experience with ERP systems and supply chain optimization tools
